New Marina Management Software

In the days ahead we will be implementing a new marina management software. When you log in to your new customer portal, all you will need is your email address and password that you used in our old customer portal. If you do not remember the email address that you used, just give us a call. We can provide it to you. Your emailed invoices will now come from marinago.com You will be able to see the current charges on the email and there will be a direct link to pay the invoice on the email.

For our customers that are on autopay – we will be reaching out to you via phone to confirm the autopay card information on your account. We are planning on the final updates happening by June 1st. So your June bill will be able to view and pay your invoice at that time. Keep an eye out for future updates to your customer portal!
